Meat
- 12 slices pork loin (thinly sliced)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Staples
- sufficient amount of all-purpose flour
Eggs
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce - Tartare
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce - Sweet Soy
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Mince the onion.
In a bowl, mash the boiled eggs and mix with minced onion and tartare sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper).
Lay out one slice of pork, spread tartare sauce on it, and roll it up. Use another slice of pork to wrap it horizontally and coat both sides with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the pork rolls seam-side down and cook, rolling occasionally, until browned evenly.
Add the sweet soy sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and coat the pork rolls thoroughly.
