INGREDIENTES

- 200g tatsoi, chopped
- 🧅 30g green onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut tatsoi into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice green onion diagonally and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Place tatsoi and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Combine tatsoi, green onion, and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
