INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g tatsoi, chopped
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 200ml water
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
PASSOS
Chop the tatsoi into bite-sized pieces. Remove the vein from the shrimp, sprinkle with sake, and pat dry.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tatsoi and stir-fry until softened, then add shrimp and stir-fry briefly.
Once the shrimp changes color, add the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, ginger, garlic, and water). Bring to a boil, then add the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Slowly pour the beaten egg into the pan, stirring gently until the egg sets. Cook on low heat until the egg is fully cooked.
