INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel (160g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 8cm green onion
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🥬 3 leaves lettuce
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- As needed all-purpose flour
Oil
- As needed salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Finely chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with all-purpose flour.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper) with the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Heat 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the mackerel until golden brown and cooked through.
Arrange the lettuce on a plate, place the fried mackerel on top, and drizzle with the aromatic sauce.
