- 🍗 1 kg chicken wings
- 🥛 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp water
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
PASSOS
Soak 1 kg chicken wings in 2 cups of milk for 40 minutes to remove odor and blood.
Rinse the wings under running water and drain thoroughly.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a deep pan, add chopped green onion and sliced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chicken wings to the pan and cook evenly without stirring too much.
Flip the wings once partially cooked and continue cooking evenly.
Mix 5 tbsp soy sauce, 5 tbsp water, 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp hot sauce to create the seasoning. Pour it over the wings and simmer.
Simmer on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the wings.
