INGREDIENTES
Fish Onigiri
- 🍚 100g cooked rice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍙 Seaweed, as needed
Teriyaki Yellowtail
- 🐟 1/2 fillet yellowtail
- Flour, as needed
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 2/3 tsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
Mini Spaghetti
- 10g salad spaghetti
- 1 tsp frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 mini sausage
- 🥦 1 small broccoli floret
- Dash of olive oil
- 1–2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of consomme granules
Side Dish
- 🍍 Cut pineapple, as needed
PASSOS
Prepare the rice for the fish onigiri by seasoning it with a pinch of salt and shaping it into desired forms. Wrap with seaweed.
Coat the yellowtail fillet lightly with flour. Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the fillet until golden brown.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a bowl. Pour over the cooked yellowtail and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Boil the salad spaghetti and drain. Sauté with olive oil, mixed vegetables, sausage, and broccoli. Season with ketchup, salt, pepper, and consomme granules.
Arrange the pineapple slices as a side dish.
Assemble the bento box with fish onigiri, teriyaki yellowtail, mini spaghetti, and pineapple.
