- 1 piece thick fried tofu (160g)
Meat
- 1 slice ham
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
Herbs
- 1 piece shiso leaf
Starch
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
