INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 40g vermicelli
- 100g ground chicken
- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (80g) green onion
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) enoki mushroom
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 200ml water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
PASSOS
Prepare the vermicelli by soaking it in warm water until softened. Drain and set aside.
Cut the thick fried tofu into bite-sized cubes. Slice the green onion and enoki mushrooms.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add green onion and enoki mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, miso, chicken stock powder, doubanjiang, grated ginger, grated garlic, water, and cornstarch) in a bowl.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan. Add the tofu and vermicelli. Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
