INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
Protein
- 150g silken tofu
- 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Patties
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Finely chop the onion. Wrap the silken tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, tofu, canned tuna, and the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger, potato starch) until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Shape the mixture into patties using a spoon and place them in the pan.
Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) and simmer until the patties are glazed.
