- 15g vermicelli
- 150g silken tofu
- 🧅 55g green onion
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- to taste sesame seeds
Soup Base
- 350cc water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste pepper

Prepare all ingredients by slicing the green onion and shiitake mushrooms.

In a pot, combine water, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add vermicelli, tofu, green onion, and shiitake mushrooms to the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
