INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce or salt
PASSOS
Crumble the tofu and microwave it for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Chop the kimchi into small pieces. Optionally rinse it if you prefer a milder flavor.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the crumbled tofu without oil until slightly firm.
Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry together with the tofu.
Push the tofu and kimchi to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix all ingredients together.
Finish by adding sesame seeds, sesame oil, and adjust seasoning with salt or soy sauce.
