INGREDIENTES
Salad Ingredients
- 🥚 1 block silken tofu
- 🥬 1 handful salad greens
- 🌰 A small amount of pecans
Sesame Yuzu Dressing
- 🌰 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp yuzu jam
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Wash the salad greens thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Soak the greens in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain well.
Pat the silken tofu dry with a kitchen towel and carefully cut it into 8 equal pieces without breaking.
Blend all the sesame yuzu dressing ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
Arrange the tofu pieces on a plate, drizzle with the dressing, and top with the salad greens.
