INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 small block of tofu
- 30g chives, chopped
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 green chili, chopped
- 1/2 red chili, chopped
- 1/2 stalk spring onion, chopped
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 2.5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1.5 tbsp flour
- A small amount of canola oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 dried red chilies
- 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp steak sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine
PASSOS
Chop chives, spring onion, mushrooms, green chili, and red chili finely.
Mash the tofu and squeeze out excess water using a cloth.
Mix the tofu with chopped vegetables, flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties of your preferred size.
Heat a pan with canola oil and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, dried red chilies, spring onion, green chili, steak sauce, and red wine in a pan.
Pour the sauce over the cooked tofu steaks and serve.
