INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken breast (skinless)
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍅 200g tomato, diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Soup Base
- 💧 300ml water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
PASSOS
Remove the tomato stem, cut in half, remove seeds, and dice into 1cm cubes. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 1cm pieces. Mix with sake, salt, pepper, and potato starch in a bowl.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add diced tomato and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes to evaporate moisture.
Add water, salt, pepper, consomme, and seasoned chicken to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Increase heat to medium and pour in the beaten egg. Cook until the egg sets softly. Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
