INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🍅 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 5 okra, halved diagonally
- 1 myoga, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Julienne the cucumber and myoga. Cut the tomato into 8 wedges.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the okra until vibrant green. Cool in water and drain. Remove the calyx and cut diagonally.
Mix all the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Add the vegetables to the bowl with the dressing and toss to combine.
