INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g rigatoni
Meat
- 🐖 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 🌿 1 sprig parsley, chopped
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 500ml water
PASSOS
Dice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm cubes and chop the parsley.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and yellow bell pepper, and sauté until the pork changes color. Add the canned tomatoes, consomme, water, and rigatoni. Stir well.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes longer than the cooking time indicated on the rigatoni package.
Season with ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle pizza cheese on top, cover, and cook on low heat for about 1 minute until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley before serving.
