INGREDIENTES
Main
- 2 pieces mochi
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 2 slices bacon
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Cut mochi into bite-sized pieces. Separate broccoli into small florets. Slice bacon into 1cm strips.
Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Mix all tomato sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Layer half of the tomato sauce in a heatproof container. Add mochi, bacon, and broccoli. Pour the remaining tomato sauce on top and sprinkle pizza cheese.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until mochi softens. Then bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
