INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), chopped
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 200cc unsalted tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
PASSOS
Chop the onion and carrot finely. Remove the core of the garlic and mince it.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, add the onion and sauté until softened. Add ground meat and carrot, cook until the meat changes color. Add tomato juice, consomme, salt, and pepper, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions, then drain.
Plate the spaghetti, top with meat sauce, and sprinkle chopped parsley.
