INGREDIENTES

- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water.
Cut the tomato into 12 wedges and chop the chives into 5 cm pieces.
Place the tomato and chives in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and let them release water.
Mix sesame oil, grated garlic, and toasted sesame seeds together.
Drain the water from the tomato and chives, add the onion and sauce, and mix well.
