Cut off the top of the tomatoes about 1cm from the stem and scoop out the insides. Dice the scooped-out tomato flesh.

In a bowl, mix the diced tomato flesh with tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp of pizza cheese.

Place aluminum foil on a baking tray, arrange the hollowed-out tomato shells on it, and fill them with the tuna mixture. Top with 2 tbsp of pizza cheese.

Place the tomato tops back on and bake in a toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown.
