INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g), skinless
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
PASSOS
Slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the chicken breast horizontally to halve its thickness, then make 3cm wide cuts leaving 2cm intact at the top.
In a tray, mix the chicken with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat both sides with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-low heat, add garlic slices, and fry until crispy. Remove garlic and set aside.
Place the chicken in the pan and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Push the chicken to the side, add the sauce ingredients, and simmer over medium heat while coating the chicken.
Serve the chicken on a plate and top with the crispy garlic.
