INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g frozen edamame
- 🧅 15cm (45g) green onion, minced
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Mince the green onion. Defrost the edamame, remove the beans from the pods, and coat them with cornstarch in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the lemon negi sauce (☆).
In another bowl, combine the ground pork and the seasoning ingredients (★). Mix until sticky, then add the coated edamame and mix well. Divide into 6 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan, cover, and cook for about 2 minutes until browned. Flip, cover again, and cook for another 4 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the patties on a plate and drizzle with the lemon negi sauce.
