INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 50 pieces of rice cakes
- A small amount of cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Wash the rice cakes under running water and remove excess moisture.
Blanch the rice cakes briefly to soften them if they are hard.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Heat the sauce briefly in a pan until it thickens slightly.
Remove excess moisture from the blanched rice cakes before frying.
Skewer 4–5 rice cakes onto each stick.
Pan-fry the skewered rice cakes in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown on both sides.
Let the fried rice cakes cool slightly before brushing them with the prepared sauce.
