INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 60g sashimi-grade tuna
- 1 pack baby leaf greens
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Dressing
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Cut the tuna into halves and season with salt and pepper.
Soak baby leaf greens in water for 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the onion, soaking it in water to remove sharpness.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the tuna on both sides until lightly browned. Let it cool.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the seared tuna and cherry tomatoes, tossing gently.
Arrange the baby leaf greens and onion on a plate, leaving the center open. Place the tuna and tomatoes in the center and drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad.
