INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
Canned Goods
- 🐟 35g canned tuna (1/2 can)
Frozen Vegetables
- 🌽 20g frozen corn
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Drain and reserve 2 tbsp of cooking water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add frozen corn and canned tuna (with its liquid) and sauté for 1 minute.
Add reserved pasta water and the ☆ seasonings (curry powder, mayonnaise, soy sauce). Mix well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
