INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g tuna, cut into 2cm cubes
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion, sliced diagonally
- 🌰 White sesame seeds, as needed
Plum Miso Sauce
- 🍑 3 small plums, pitted and mashed
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Cut tuna into 2cm cubes and slice green onions diagonally into 4cm pieces. Pit and mash the plums.
Mix the plum, mirin, and miso in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool slightly.
Add the tuna and green onions to the sauce and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
