- 30g vermicelli
- Water as needed
☆ Ingredients and Seasonings
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 🌰 2 tsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Julienne the cucumber and drain the tuna from its can.
Place vermicelli in a microwave-safe container, add enough water to cover, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Rinse the vermicelli in cold water and drain thoroughly. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the vermicelli with the ☆ ingredients in a bowl.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
