INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup pancake mix
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- Adequate cooking oil
Optional Ingredients
- Ketchup or teriyaki sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Bonito flakes
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage finely. If you are not confident with knife skills, use a potato peeler for thin slices.
Slice the onion thinly and drain the oil from the canned tuna. You can substitute tuna with bacon, sausage, squid, shrimp, or any available protein.
In a large bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, sliced onion, drained tuna, 4 eggs, and 1/2 cup pancake mix until well combined.
Preheat a pan over medium heat, add a generous amount of cooking oil, and pour two ladles of the batter onto the pan. Cook until the edges are set.
Once the edges are cooked, flip the pancake and press it gently with a spatula. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the cooked pancake and drizzle with teriyaki sauce or ketchup. Optionally, sprinkle bonito flakes for added flavor.
