INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 can tuna
- Seaweed, as needed
Seasonings
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Beat 1 egg well and cook into a thin omelet. Slice into strips.
Combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp water, and 1 tbsp sugar in a small pot. Heat until bubbling at the edges, then turn off the heat.
Place 1 bowl of cooked rice into a serving dish.
Top the rice with the sliced omelet strips.
Add canned tuna on top of the rice.
Drizzle mayonnaise over the tuna and rice.
Sprinkle seaweed flakes or place cut seaweed strips on top.
Pour the prepared soy sauce mixture over the dish.
