- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🌱 5 okra pods
- 125g grated yam
Condiments
- 1 tsp salted kombu
- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse under water, and pat dry. Grate the yam.
Cut tuna into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add okra, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain, remove stems, and finely chop. Mix with salted kombu and chop further.
Layer grated yam, tuna, and okra mixture in a serving dish. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
