INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 100g canned tuna
- 🍢 1 block tofu
- 🥔 1 potato, sliced
- 🧅 1/3 onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧄 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
- 💧 3 cups water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Slice tofu into bite-sized pieces, slice onion and potato thinly, and chop green chili and green onion.
Mix red pepper flakes, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the seasoning sauce.
Place tofu, potato, onion, and canned tuna into a pot.
Pour 3 cups of water into the pot.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce into the pot.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green chili and green onion, and continue simmering until the liquid reduces to about 2/3 of its original volume.
Serve hot and enjoy.
