INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 5 eggs
- 1 large can of tuna
- 120g cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 50g carrot, chopped
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- A dash of black pepper
PASSOS
Beat 5 eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
Drain the oil from 1 large can of tuna completely.
Chop 120g of cabbage into small pieces.
Chop 50g of carrot into small pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil in a pan and sauté the chopped carrot and cabbage.
Add the drained tuna to the pan and sprinkle 1 pinch of salt. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add 2 tbsp of chopped green onion and continue stir-frying until the vegetables are almost cooked.
Pour the beaten egg mixture evenly over the stir-fried vegetables and tuna. Sprinkle a dash of black pepper.
Continue cooking until the eggs are fully scrambled and cooked through.
