INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 turnips (160g), peeled and quartered
- 🥬 2 leaves Chinese cabbage (160g), chopped
- 3 slices ginger, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Broth
- 💧 400cc water
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSOS
Peel and quarter the turnips. Chop the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the ginger.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a pot, add water, sake, chicken broth powder, salt, and ginger. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
Add the chicken and Chinese cabbage to the pot. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the turnips to the pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until the turnips are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
