- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 50g carrot

- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 600ml water
- 1 chili pepper
PASSOS
