- 🥬 100g of lettuce, torn into pieces
Oils & Seasonings
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp of salt
- A pinch of black pepper

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Boil water in a pan (just enough to cover the bottom). Add lettuce, cover, and simmer for 1 minute over medium heat. Stir gently and remove. Drain thoroughly.
