- 1 bag of wasabi greens, chopped
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Condiments
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the wasabi greens into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add pork and garlic. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Add the wasabi greens and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Then add sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and pepper. Mix well and serve.
