Greens
- 1 pack baby leaf greens
Cheese
- 🧀 10g grated cheese
Herbs
- 🌿 5–6 mint leaves, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSOS
Peel the watermelon and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Chop the mint leaves finely and place them in a bowl. Add the dressing ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, and salt) and mix well.
Add the watermelon and grated cheese to the bowl and toss well. Add the baby leaf greens and lightly toss. Adjust the taste with black pepper and serve.
