- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🟩 1 sheet roasted nori
- 1 piece chikuwa
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Liquid
- 💧 Water to rice cooker line
PASSOS
Cut the chikuwa into bite-sized pieces.
In the rice cooker bowl, add soaked rice, seasonings (salt and dashi), and water up to the 1-cup line. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place the chikuwa on top of the rice, then tear the roasted nori into pieces and spread it over the chikuwa. Cook using the regular rice cooking setting.
