INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (300g)
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🥬 6 leaves lettuce
- 🧅 10cm white part of green onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- kimchi to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion thinly after removing the core. Cut carrot into thin strips. Slice cucumber into thin sticks.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add seasoning ingredients and stir-fry together.
Arrange lettuce, beef, warm rice, green onion, carrot, cucumber, and kimchi on a plate. Wrap desired ingredients in lettuce leaves.
