INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 5 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 💧 Water, as needed
Optional Toppings
- 🥚 Soft-boiled egg, as needed
- Chili threads, as needed
PASSOS
Mix the beef and sesame oil in a bowl.
Add the rice and yakiniku sauce to the rice cooker pot. Pour water up to the 2-cup mark and mix well.
Add the bean sprouts and beef, spreading the beef evenly. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, mix the rice, then add chopped green onion and sesame seeds. Mix again.
Serve in bowls and optionally top with soft-boiled egg and chili threads.
