INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🍗 80g chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 4 shiso leaves
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 2 sheets of nori
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into 1.5cm cubes and season with a pinch of salt.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken over medium heat until the color changes.
Add green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened, then mix in sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce.
On a sheet of plastic wrap, layer nori, rice, shiso leaves, cheese slices, cooked chicken mixture, and rice again. Wrap with nori to form onigirazu. Repeat to make 2 pieces.
