INGREDIENTES

- 250g yam
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut yam into 1cm slices and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.
Mash the yam and mix with potato starch and salt once cooled.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions, place cheese inside, and shape into flat rounds.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the rounds until golden on both sides. Remove excess oil with paper towels.
Add sauce ingredients to the pan and cook until thickened, coating the rounds evenly.
