INGREDIENTES
Dry Ingredients
- 60g cake flour
- 2g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 70g butter
- 🧂 35g sugar
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 20g milk
- 30g yuzu marmalade
PASSOS
Place 70g butter in a bowl.
Melt 70g butter and 35g sugar together by placing the bowl over hot water.
Add 20g milk and 1 egg to the melted butter and sugar mixture, then mix well.
Sift 60g cake flour and 2g baking powder into the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Add 30g yuzu marmalade to the batter and mix until fully combined.
Grease the madeleine molds with butter, fill them 80% full using a piping bag.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 12 minutes.
Cool the madeleines on a wire rack before serving with coffee or milk.
