INGREDIENTES
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
Oil and Aromatics
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tsp yuzu pepper
- 200ml water
Thickening Agent
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
PASSOS
Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool. Mince the green onion.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork, grated ginger, and grated garlic. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add minced green onion and stir briefly. Then add all the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, yuzu pepper, and water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Break the tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens.
