PASSOS
Cut off the ends of the zucchini, slice it lengthwise into halves, then cut each half into thirds horizontally. Place the cut side down and slice into quarters radially.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the zucchini, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add ponzu sauce and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Sprinkle black pepper to finish.
