INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g), sliced into 1cm rounds
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g), drained
Vegetable
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Condiment
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Black pepper, to taste
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍶 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Slice the zucchini into 1cm thick rounds after trimming the ends.
Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the ketchup sauce.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the zucchini slices until golden on both sides.
Turn off the heat, spread the ketchup sauce on each zucchini slice, and top with tuna, corn, and shredded cheese.
Cover the pan and cook over low-medium heat for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
