    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp dashi powder
    • 💧 120ml water
  • Dressing

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
    • 1/2 tsp wasabi

Heat the sauce ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, water) in a pot until just before boiling. Transfer to a heatproof container and chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.

In a bowl, mix avocado, tuna, green onion, sesame seeds, and dressing ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, wasabi).

Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and chill in ice water.
