INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🐚 80g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Oil and Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of dried parsley
Liquids
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 300cc water
PASSOS
Wash the clams by rubbing them together and drain the water.
Heat olive oil and grated garlic in a frying pan, then add the clams and sauté over medium-low heat briefly.
Add sake and water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the clams open. Remove the lid and take out the clams.
Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the pan along with cherry tomatoes. Stir briefly, bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 1 minute longer than the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Add salt and return the clams to the pan, mixing well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with dried parsley.
