- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 🌱 5 stalks (100g) asparagus
- 🍅 1/2 tomato
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus stalks and cut them diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Place the asparagus in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1–1.5 minutes. Let cool. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings (vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil) in a bowl.
Add the asparagus, tomato, and canned tuna to the bowl and toss to combine.
