- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🌱 1 pack radish sprouts
Seasonings
- 🌰 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 🍙 6 sheets Korean seaweed
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Trim the roots of the radish sprouts and cut them in half.

Place the bean sprouts and 1-2 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

In a bowl, mix all the ☆ seasonings. Add the bean sprouts, radish sprouts, sesame seeds, and tear the Korean seaweed into pieces. Mix well.
